I do not measurements as I make as little or as much as I need at the time. This can be used for peas, peas and carrots, or spinach.

I've also added cheese and poured it over broccoli and/or cauliflower.

Add a bit of sugar for cream corn.

Melt margarine in a sauce pan. Add flour and brown lightly. Add milk and stir until creamy - Consistency is to your liking.
