1 lb. butter, softened
2 lbs. brown sugar
2 lbs. Wondra flour
4 whole eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough. On a floured surface, roll dough very thin and cut with cookie cutters.

For glaze – Use 2 egg whites and 1 teaspoon water. Brush on top of uncooked cookie. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or sugar decorated sprinkles or nut on top.

Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 8-10 mins.
