2 - Avocados
24 - Cooked shrimp (large to jumbo)
Smoked Spanish-Style Paprika
THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING:
1 - Cup mayonnaise
½ - Cup ketchup or cocktail sauce
1-4 - tbsp pickle relish, sweet or dill, to taste
1-2 - tsp Tuscan Sunset, to taste
¼-1 - tsp salt, to taste
¼-½ - tsp Penseys Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Halve the avocados and slice each half into six slices. Lay out on a plate alternating avocado with shrimp. Sprinkle with Paprika. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Serve with lemon slices.
