2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz brown mushrooms, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
2 steamed sweet potatoes, diced
Kosher salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté one minute.
2. Add mushrooms and cook 3-4 minutes until mushrooms have softened. Add sweet potatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir until heated through. Serve warm.
