1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup butter
¼ cup milk
3 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar

Combine brown sugar, butter and milk in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cool 10 mins. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating well after each addition.
