1 onion, chopped
6 Tbsp butter
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, chopped
½ cup flour
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp salt and pepper
2 ½ cups chicken broth
1 ½ milk
3 cups Baby California blend frozen veggies
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook and stir onion in butter in large saucepan on medium heat until tender. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables, return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
