2 lbs smoke sausage
2 lbs boneless/skinless chicken breast
2 green peppers
2 onions
1 big can of mushrooms
1 big can chicken broth
1 med box minute rice/5 cups
1 stick of butter
cajun seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up and brown sausage and chicken. Sauté onion, pepper, mushrooms, butter add meat and whole tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes add 2 tbsp sugar with tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste. Season with cajun seasoning through out cooking process according to taste (2 tbsp). Add 5 cups chicken broth/use water when chicken broth empty/ bring to boil stir in box of rice, cover, turn off heat let set for 10 minutes.
