1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups grate carrots
1 cup chopped pecans

Frosting
1 8oz cream cheese
1 stick of butter
4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour add cinnamon, soda, baking powder, blend with egg mixture. Add carrots and pecans. Place in greased floured pan cook at 350º until done.

Icing
Blend and spread on cake
