8-10 strips Bacon, cooked and drained
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 pt. Half&half
4 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp Onion flakes
9 5/8 pie shell (deep dish)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix half&half, eggs, salt/pepper/onion with a fork. Crumble bacon and place on bottom of pie shell. Place cheese on top of bacon. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes; let sit 15 minutes before cutting.

If making this a vegetable quiche, use 1 pack frozen veggies in place of bacon. Suggested combos: Spinach& Provolone, broccoli/tuna& Cheddar, Shrimp& Swiss.
