8 C squash
2 C onion
3 Bell peppers
2 Tbsp salt
3 C sugar
2 C vinegar
2 tsp mustard seed
2 Tbsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Squash, snip off ends & slice.
Slice or dice onion & bell pepper
Put 2 Tbsp salt over sliced veggies & let sit for 1 hour.
Mix sugar, vinegar, mustard seed & celery seed in sauce pan & bring to boil.
add vegetables, bring to boil & pack hot into pint jars
