1 lb. hamburger meat
½ medium cabbage (shredded)
1 small onion, minced
salt

Dough:
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 egg
¾ c. warm water
2 ½ c. self rising flour
2 T. sugar
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and set aside. Saute shredded cabbage & minced onion. Mix meat and veggies together with salt and let cool.
Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl. Add sugar, oil, and egg. Stir to dissolve sugar. Stir in 1 cup of flour until smooth. Cover with cloth and place on rack over bowl of hot water. Let rise 15 minutes. Stir down batter and add 1 ½ cups of flour. Knead 3 minutes. If sticky, knead in ¼ c. of flour. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll out and divide meat mixture among the 8 pieces. Roll into a ball and place on a greased pan seam side down. Brush with oil or butter. Bake at 425º until brown. Serve with cheese sauce.
