Potatoes, chopped
Onion, chopped
Carrots, diced
Chicken bouillon cubes
Velveeta
Milk
2 T. cornstarch or 4 T. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, carrots, and onions in a large pot. Cover with water and add the appropriate number of bouillon cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat, stirring occasionally, until veggies are tender. Mix cornstarch with a little bit of milk. Stir until smooth. Add to soup, stirring until thickened. Add velveeta (how every much you want). As soon as it melts, the soup is ready.
