1 pt. (2 c.) whipping cream
1 c. confectioners' sugar or c. honey, to taste
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. cooked; salted brown or white rice, chilled
2 c. miniature marshmallows, plain or colored
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained and chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Do not overcook rice. Whip the cream and add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. If using honey, stir it into the rice. Stir together the rice and whipped cream. Gently stir in marshmallows and fruit. Keep chilled until serving time. Variations: Other fruits such as bananas, drained and chilled maraschino cherries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, or raisins can be added.
