1 to 2 lbs of hamburger meat
1 large onion chopped
1 large pkg shredded cheese (I prefer Fiesta Blend)
1 pkg (30 count or more) corn tortillas
2 Tbsp each black pepper, seasoning salt, garlic power
1 Tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Carmalize onions, Add hamburger meat and brown. Drain grease well.
While meat is cooking, prepare tortillas is warm grease so they will be easy to handle. (one at a time)
When meat is done, put about 1 tbsp. of meat in a tortilla with shredded cheese. Roll small and tight Place onto flat pan.
Put into preheated oven at 350 and cook until tortilla is crisp. Approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
