1 can spinach, well-drained
16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
black pepper
1 lbs. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar low-fat spaghetti sauce
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 TB dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the spinach with the cottage cheese and eggs; add pepper to taste. Grate the Mozzarella cheese and mix half of it with cup Parmesan cheese. In a casserole dish, layer consecutively ⅓ of the spaghetti sauce, 4 lasagna noodles, ⅓ of the cottage cheese mixture, ⅓ of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat this two more times. Mix grated Parmesan cheese with the dried parsley and sprinkle over top Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
