Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 lbs. Old or sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 TB butter
2 slices whole-wheat bread, very finely grated in blender

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the noodles in salted water until done, but not too soft Al Dante. Grease a 9 x 13 pan very well with the butter and heavily sprinkle bread crumbs over it, reserving some of the crumbs. Mix eggs, grated cheese, reserving cup, and milk. Carefully stir cooked noodles with this cheese mixture and gently pour into the greased and crumbed pan. Mix together the cup grated cheese and left over bread crumbs; sprinkle evenly on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until inserted knife comes out clean. Top should be nice and crispy; if not, broil for a few minutes. Cut into squares to serve. (Note:) This is excellent served with red or green Tabasco! The more cheese you add the tastier it is.
