8 oz turkey smoked sausage cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbps veg oil
1 1/2 quarts of chicken broth
2 cups cubes, peeled sweet potatoes
2 cups cubed baking potatoes
15 oz can navy beans
15 oz can pinot beans
15 oz can black beans
3/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 to 2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute smoked sauage, onion, celery and garlic in oil in dutch oven until sausage is browned, 5-8 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes.
