2 TB butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 chicken breasts or legs
1 (10 oz.) can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ c. milk
1 TB parsley, chopped
½ lb. Spaghettini or Linguini noodles
¼ c. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Stir in Cream of Mushroom Soup, milk and parsley and simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions, cooking only minimum time indicated; drain and put into a baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top, cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 400º for about 20 minutes. 4 servings
