3 cup sweet potato mashed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 stick of butter softened
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, white sugar, 1 stick of butter, vanilla, eggs and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. On low speed mix well. Pour into greased baking dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, butter and chopped nuts together, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
