6 carrots, sliced 1/4 inch thick 1/4 cup orange juice 1 Tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. ginger 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. white sugar
Combine all ingredients and bring liquid to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Cover and cook until the carrots are tender. Remove cover and return to boil and cook until liquid has evaporated. Serve warm.
