1 med/ onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. boiled fryer chicken, de boned and diced
2 (10 oz.) cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 (10 oz.) cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel Tomatoes with Chilies
1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
1 lg. pkg Tortilla Chips
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and pepper in a large sauce pan. Remove from heat and add chicken, chicken soup, mushroom soup, tomatoes and broth; mix well. Grease a 10” x 14” casserole dish and spread ½ of chips in bottom; pour ½ of chicken mixture over; sprinkle on ½ of cheese. Repeat layers except for remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Add remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
