2-3½ c. cooked chicken, de boned, diced
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain White and Wild Rice, cooked
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, opt.
1 med. jar pimentos, opt.
1 sm. or med. onion chopped
1 can Cream of Celery Soup; see variations
1 can water
½ c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken and rice (including pkg. Seasonings). Add beans, water chestnuts, mushrooms, pimento, onion, soup, Miracle Whip and water or mayonnaise and no water, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into large casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. (Variations:) Use 2 cans French style green beans, 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup, add 2 cups mild cheddar cheese to mixture and use only ⅓ cup mayonnaise. In the last few mutes of baking, top with 1 cup of cheese. Another variation: Use 1 can Cream of Celery Soup with no water added, 2 cups French style green beans, 1 cup mayonnaise, and top with grated cheese. (Note:) Do not bake casserole prior to freezing.
