1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 c. water ¾ c. uncooked regular long-grain rice ¼ tsp. paprika, opt. ¼ tsp. pepper, opt. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or 4 to 6 skinless chicken parts
In a 2-quart shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice; add paprika and pepper if desired. Place chicken on rice mixture. You may sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 4.
