3 TB butter
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
c. sour cream
c. water
c. celery, chopped
salt and pepper
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
4 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and brown pork chops. In a medium-sized bowl combine soup, sour cream and water; blend well. Grease a 1-quart shallow baking dish. Place of the potatoes in the dish and mix in celery, salt and pepper. Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes and celery. Repeat with remaining potatoes and soup. Place pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
