Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 (3/4 to 1 lb.) pork tenderloins
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary (dried works as well, use less)
1 tbsp. minced shallots
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Trim pork of fat and silverskin if necessary. Place in shallow dish. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over pork. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate at room temperature for 2 hours.

Preheat grill. Remove pork from the marinade, shaking off excess, and place on grill. Cook, turning frequently, for 18-20 minutes or until thermometer reads 155º. Transfer to platter and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Meanwhile, place the marinade in saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve with pork.

Personal Notes:
Since I am mostly a vegetarian, I have never tried this but have made it many times. It's probably the most requested grilled dish around here. It's incredibly easy if you have an outdoor chef.
