6 lbs jalapeno peppers
8 lbs onion
8 lbs tomatoes
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Sugar
cayenne pepper
black pepper
seasoning salt
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients and mix in large pot. Add seasoning salt, black pepper and garlic powder. About 2 Tbsp each. Turn burner on to medium heat. Add vinegar and sugar, mixing well. If mix isn't hot enough, can add cayenne pepper. Cook until thickness is to your liking. Ladle into jars. Seal with lids and rings. Cover jars with towel to help keep heat in to seal jars. Let sit for 24 hours before moving. Will need to refrigerate any jars that didn't seal.

Made this salsa with dad every year. Made the whole house smell of salsa and would also burn your eyes. lol Enjoy!
