6 medium-size ripe tomatoes (peeled, halved, seeded and chopped); about 4 cups
12 ounces smoked salmon, cut into x 1 inch strips (about 2 cups)
1 medium onion, minced
1 cup sliced green onion
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 cup crushed ice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, salmon, and minced onion in a medium sized bowl; toss gently, cover, refrigerate. Just before serving, add green onion, green pepper, and crushed ice; toss gently.

Serve with toast points or plain crackers.

Makes 8-10 servings.
