2 c. herb croutons
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs. breakfast sausage, browned and drained
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 eggs
tsp. dry mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Place croutons on bottom of 13x9" pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese. Layer the sausage. Beat eggs, add milk, soup. mustard, salt, & pepper. Pour over sausage. Bake for 1 hours.
