1 pound Pork Chops, bone in or out
1 envelop ranch dressing mix
tsp. garlic powder
tsp pepper
1 jar gravy
1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup (95% fat free)
cup water
2 T stone ground mustard
1 dill large pickle chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Season both sides of the pork chops with the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder and pepper.
In a large slow cooker whisk together the gravy, soup, mustard and water. Add the chopped pickle.
Add the seasoned pork chops to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the pork chops carefully from the cooker onto a plate.
If desired, thicken the gravy in the crock pot with a mixture of cornstarch and water. Whisk and server thicken gravy over pork chops.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or riced cauliflower and garnish with parsley or sliced green onions if desired.
