2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
½ c. water
1 c. butter
1½ - 1¾ c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and stir sugar, syrup, and water together in a heavy pan until sugar dissolves. While syrup boils, blend in butter. Stir often after 230º. Add nuts at 280º. Stir constantly to hard crack stage (305º) Remove from heat. Quickly stir in soda. Pour into jelly roll pan and let cool. Crack out.
