½ cup butter
6 Tbsp. honey
4 tsp. chopped fresh mint
10-12 carrots, cut in strips, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, honey, and mint; heat to melt butter. Add hot carrots; heat and stir occasionally until carrots are evenly glazed.

Makes 8-10 servings.
