1 cup crab meat, flaked
¼ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
½ cup celery, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. grated onion
1 cup chopped hard-cooked eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
36 1-inch puff shells (often in frozen section in grocery store)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except shells and chill.
If necessary, follow directions on puff shell package to prepare baked puff shells. Remove tops from shells and fill with crab mixture. Replace tops and serve.

Makes 36 servings.
