1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
salt to taste

Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse chicken or meat and put in the marinade mixture.
Refrigerate and marinade for at least two to three hours until ready to cook meat.
