1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
2 C mayo
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
C Parmesan cheese, grated
C white sugar

Directions:

Place in a large bowl in the order given in ingredients list. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Toss together before serving.
