1 dozen of eggs
1 can of beets
1 onion, sliced in rings
2 tablespoons of pickling spices
White vinegar
Glass Jar large enough to hold eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil and peel eggs. Heat the pickling spices in a pan to bring out the flavor. Dump eggs into jar. Add beets and beet juice into jar. Add onion slices. Add pickling spices. Fill the jar with enough white vinegar to soak all the eggs. Shake daily and let set for 10 days. Enjoy.
