1 small container sour cream
1 package cream cheese
5 lb potatoes
1 1/4 sticks of butter
1 tsp garlic salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peal, dice and cook potatoes
Mash with mixer until smooth
Add 1 tsp garlic salt, butter, sour cream, and cream cheese
Mix until thoroughly blended
Butter inside of crock pot
Add potato mixture
Top with a few pats of butter
Heat on warm until ready to serve
