Butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Get your grill ready. Wash potatoes. Tear off sheets of foil, large enough to wrap the potatoes in. Slice up onions. Melt butter in a small bowl, add salt and pepper to it. Take a potato and cut it into thin slices; keeping it together. Take a potato slice and dip it in the butter. Place it on a sheet of foil. Dip another slice of potato in butter. Put it next to the first slice and put onion between them. Repeat until all potato slices have been dipped in butter and there is onion between each slice. Sprinkle salt & pepper over it all. Wrap the foil around it. Continue until all potatoes are done. Place on grill and cook until potatoes are tender.

*Not sure about the amounts because it just depends on how many potatoes you want.

Personal Notes:
Not really sure if this is even Aunt Eva's recipe or not, but I remember having these at her house when we all got together one time. Whether it's hers or not, I will always associate this recipe with her.
