1 lb. Italian flavored sausage
1 lb. spaghetti
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 lg. container of cottage cheese
1 lg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 small onion, diced
⅓ c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti as directed, while spaghetti is cooking brown sausage, onions, and mushrooms until cooked well. Add ¾ spaghetti sauce to meat mixture and simmer. When spaghetti is cooked, drain and add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Mix well.
In crock pot, pour remaining spaghetti sauce to coat bottom. Then start layering spaghetti, cottage cheese, meat mixture, and mozzarella til all is done. Mozzarella should be the last ingredient on top.
Cook on low 4 to 5 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours or til heated through.
