French roll
shredded lettuce
tarragon vinegar and oil
Dried herbs
sliced tomatoes
sliced green pepper
sliced cucumbers
sliced onions
sliced mozzarella
sliced caraway Swiss cheese
slice hot pepper cheese

Directions:
Directions:
On the French roll add shredded lettuce drizzled with vinegar & oil and sprinkled herbs.
Layer sliced vegetables alternating with sliced cheeses.
Serve cold or warmed in the microwave for 40 to 60 seconds. The cheeses melt a bit and the veggies stay crisp.
