2 dozen eggs
1 lb. bacon
2 packages chip beef
2 cans mushrooms

Sauce:
8 tbsp. butter
8 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Cut bacon and beef into little pieces. Mix meats and mushrooms together. Beat eggs and scramble. Use only the mount of milk necessary yo scramble offs on a regular basis.

Put a layer of eggs in a 13 x 9" casserole dish. Add a layer of meat topped by a layer of sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle with cheese.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
