* 2/3 cup heavy cream
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tsp brandy
* 1/4 cup of sugar
* 2 Tbsp sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Refrigerate a medium mixing bowl and beaters until very cold. Combine the cream, vanilla and brandy in the bowl and beat on medium speed for one minute. Add the sugar and sour cream and beat on medium speed just until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes. Don't over beat. Overbeating will make the cream grainy. This is a great topping for pumpkin and pecan pies. It would be good on any dessert that you would like to kick up a notch.
