26 oz Farmer's cheese
4 tbsp oil
3 egg yolk
3 egg whites
11 oz sugar
1 1/2 oz corn starch
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350

Mix together all ingredients except egg whites. Blend until smooth. Beat egg whites until firm and fold into mixture. Roll out dough and line spring form pan (bottom and sides). Fill with filling and bake for 1 hour.

1 oz sugar
2 tbsp water
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk

Mix together ingredients. Knead by hand. Wrap in aluminum foil. Let dough rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
