Ingredients:  
1 head lettuce
1 c. diced celery
1 pkg, frozen peas, uncooked (opt. Sarah)
½ c. diced green peppers (opt. and can add other veggies if desired)
1 medium onion, diced
8 slices of bacon, fried, drained, and diced ( or can get prepackaged bacon bits)
1½ c. mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
½ c. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Tear lettuce into bite-sized. Place in 9 x 12 inch dish. Layer the following in this order: celery, peas, green pepper, onion, and bacon. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and sugar: spread on top as frosting. Top with cheese. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours, covered well and airtight with plastic food wrap.
