Irene's Apple Cake Recipe

Mixture for Cake:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
cup of juice (apple, orange, etc)

Mixture for Inside Cake:
5 tablespoons of sugar
3 teaspoons of cinnamon
4 apples, cut think

Slice apples in a thin manner. Once cut, add to a bowl with sugar and cinnamon (inside cake mixture). Then make cake mixture in a bowl. Mix. Combine apples to cake mixture. Grease cake pan and pour contents into pan. Bake at 350 for 90 mins. When complete and cool, sprinkle top of cake with powder sugar.
