1½ lb. hamburger
3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tlbs vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 - 10½ oz. can chicken gumbo soup

Directions:
Directions:
In pan, fry hamburger, onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper, until hamburger is browned and vegetables are tender. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on buns.
