2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 bag Kraft caramels
1 package German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1 - 12 oz. package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Unwrap caramels. Slowly melt caramels in 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Combine cake mix, butter, and 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Spread 1/2 of cake mixture in a 13 x 9" cake pan. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Pour melted caramel and chocolate chips over baked cake portion. Take reminder of cake mix and crumble over tope. Bake at 18 minutes at 350
