1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Oil
1- 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk with 1/2 tsp white vinegar added to it to make sour milk
2-1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

2 cups shredded zucchini
1/4-1/2 chocolate chips

Mix top 11 ingredient's with a mixer, stir in zucchini and chocolate chips, pour in to a greades and floured pan bake 40-45 minutes @ 325degrees

Cream cheese frosting (I double this for 1 cake)
1-3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1-3oz package of cream cheese (softened)
2 tsp vanilla
Mix cream cheese and butter together, add powdered sugar beat again until smooth.
