3 lbs beef stew meat
Kosher salt and pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup onions finely diced
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
3 cups beef broth
3 cups sour cream
8 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp Worcestershire
1 pack eggland, no yolk, extra wide noodles cooked separately
Tbsp of corn starch

Let beef rest to get to room temp, add salt and pepper and brown on all sides in butter
Add onions and cook until tender
Add beef broth and simmer until beef is tender (or cook in Instant pot until tender)
Cook mushrooms in butter separately while beef cooks
Once beef is done remove the broth add some corn starch to thicken, simmer and
and add sour cream, tomato paste and Worcestershire to the broth then return sauce to the beef
Stir in cooked egg noodles
