Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pie crust
1.5 cups chopped pecans
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons salted butter
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare crust and put in the pie pan.
So what you're going to do is whisk together beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, cinnamon and vanilla. Place pecans in bottom of pie crust, then pour filling in pie crust over them there pecans. Bake that sucker for 40-45 minutes (or until a knife is inserted and comes out clean) and make sure you cover the edges of the crust. Ain't nobody like a burnt crust ya'll. Also if you share this recipe I will cut you. Seriously. I will. Lastly, I advise you not to use CORN OIL instead of CORN SYRUP, they are in fact not the same thing and if you use corn oil it will taste like a vegetable oil pie.
