2 - 5 oz.bags of field greens
4 green onions finely chopped
1 apple chopped
1 pear chopped
1 cup craisins
1 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a small non stick fry pan melt butter, add sugar and almonds and stir until almonds brown. Place on buttered cookie sheet to cool, separating them as they cool. Mix together salad greens, fruit, and cheese add dressing and sugared almonds just before serving, stirring together well.

2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp green onions
2 Tlbs salad vinegar

Directions:

Mix all together in a small food processor or blender and blend until incorporated. Refrigerate until needed.
